The price for a commissioned costume will vary depending on the complexity of the project. Please email a detailed description of your ideas to shengoh@post.com for a quote. Prices and quotes are in United States Dollars. Quotes for a specific project may change over time, so please be aware of this. Your quote will not last forever.
Once the work has begun, commissions will not be changed. You will receive what has been originally agreed upon.
Please do not ask for copyrighted characters, or copies of characters you see in my gallery.
I will repair or do sizing alterations on any costume. I am NOT available to update or refurbish the look of a character costume.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot. Commission spots are available on a first come first serve basis. You will be given a completion month after your deposit has been sent. If your costume is needed by a specific date, please be sure to let me know.
Keep in mind that I am only one person, not a factory. Depending on the the complexity of the project, and how long my queue is, it can take me anywhere from a couple of weeks to many months.
You may set up a payment plan to pay off the remaining balance. All payments should be sent by paypal to shengoh@post.com
The costume must be paid in full before it is shipped to you. Any remaining payments must be made within 30 days of completion.
SHIPPING
I ship all of my packages USPS (or) UPS with tracking/delivery confirmation unless a specific shipping method is requested. Shipping charges vary greatly depending on the commissioned item(s). International customers are welcome; I ship worldwide. Please email me for a shipping quote. Be aware that the customer will be responsible for additional taxes and duties for international shipments.
COSTUME INFO
My costumes are fragile, handmade pieces of art, and must be treated as such. Please be aware that there may be slight imperfections. I do take the time to make sure each piece is well constructed, so contact me if you are having problems with your costume. I will gladly repair any costume provided it is due to construction issues and not the result of harsh use or neglect.
Costumes that have been altered in any way by a third party may not be returned for repairs.
